PeopleNet Electrical & General Services started on early 2000 as PeopleNet Manpower and General Services with Mr. Rodrigo C. Mañez and his three friends, two of the best engineers in the Philippines, Electrical Engineer Benjamin Angeles and Mechanical Engineer Leopoldo Maranan and a top caliber Electrical Supervisor, Mr. Joselito Ordoño. The four of them established this company with trust, respect for each other and to the clients. Years later, it was only Mr. Rodrigo C. Mañez continue to grow and expand the company and changed its name to PeopleNet Electrical and General Services as a Single Proprietor.
